Ahoy there bivalve lovers! All month, we'll have a daily changing selection of East and West coast oysters for you to try. Buy 'em by the oyster, or have a chef's selection flight of 6 or 12. Of course, we'll suggest you slurp em raw, but we're happy to bake em Rockefeller style for you too.
