Micky Rosenquist is a multi-instrumental performer, songwriter, and teacher with more than 13 years experience gigging, touring, and recording on a variety of instruments (drums, bass, guitar, keys, percussion (drums set, timpani, marimba, vibes), vocals…). He holds two college degrees in music, a B.A from Northern Illinois University, and an A.A. from Rock Valley College and continues to study and perform many styles of music.

Micky writes, and performs his own original music but has also performed, toured and/or recorded with Miles Nielsen and The Rusted Hearts, Cameron McGill and What Army (Parasol Records), Cory Chisel and The Wandering Sons (Black Seal/RCA Records), Kelly Steward, Bill Dolan/5 Style/Heroic Doses (Sub Pop Records), The Snaggs, Mana Kintorso, Jeremy Buck and The Bang, N.I.U. Concert Choirs, and N.I.U. World Music Ensemble among others.

When he is not touring, Micky teaches private music lessons at his studio in Rockford Illinois.
