Join us on Wednesday April 28 at 6:30pm as we enjoy an evening of great food & drink. A Capital Brewery representative will be on hand to answer questions about the brewing process.
First - Artisinal Wisconsin cheese plate - Supper Club Light Lager
Second - Cherry, grape, & yellow tomato caprese salad, fresh mozzarella, beer vinaigrette - Capital Island Wheat
Main - Grilled Flank Steak, (side dish TBA) - Capital Munich Dark Lager
Sweet - Chevre cheesecake stuffed strawberries - Capital Blonde Doppelbock
