Founder's Beer Dinner

Join us on Thursday, March 25 at 6:30pm as we enjoy an evening of great food & drink. Our chef creates four courses which are each paired with a great Founders brew. A Founder's Brewing representative will be on hand to answer questions about the brewing process.
first: founders roll (smoked salmon & asparagus) w/ centennial ipa
second: red curry shrimp, coconut cilantro mash w/ red’s rye
main: coffee braised beef short rib, grape nuts w/ breakfast stout
sweet: pomegranate creme brulee w/ double trouble imperial ipa
Food and beers subject to change due to availability. Tickets available from your bartender or server. Cost is $45/person, which includes tax and tip.
