Sierra Nevada Bigfoot
2010 marks the 25th release of Bigfoot, this award-winning barleywine boasts a dense, fruity bouquet, an intense flavor palate and a deep reddish-brown color. Its big maltiness is superbly balanced
by a wonderfully bittersweet hoppiness.
Lager comes from the German word “lagern”, meaning “to store.” Lagers ferment at the bottom of the tank, at cooler temperatures, and generally take longer to mature. Major styles include pilsner, bock, and dunkel (dark lager).
